The Parties hereby acknowledge that the sessions, documents, information, recordinfs received by Client from Coach will be provided Online, but governed by the laws and Courts of Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive juridiction to hear any complaint, demand, claim, proceeding or cause of action, whatsoever arising from or in connection with that Coach, or from any other aspect of the relationship between Client and Coach.
