FROM PAIN TO PURPOSE:
My Journey
For me, it was the diagnoses of two autoimmune diseases that shook me to my core: ankylosing spondylitis (a form of arthritis affecting joints) and Type 1 diabetes.
The chronic physical pain from arthritis felt like torture, and the blood sugar issues completely disrupted my freedom, requiring multiple insulin injections throughout the day simply to remain alive.
I had previously taken my health for granted, and then suddenly it impacted every area of my life.
I'm grateful to have met doctors who were able to help me, but that wasn't always the case. It was through a traumatic experience that I became empowered to take charge of my own health.
Determined to heal myself, I embarked on a path of self-discovery and walked through uncharted territory of unconventional healing methods.
Inspired by a naturopathic specialist, I delved into regenerative detoxification, iridology, herbalism, natural hygiene, and fasting protocols, gaining a deep understanding of the body's functioning and the role of glands and elimination organs.
By implementing this knowledge, I was able to achieve my goal of regenerating my pancreas. I was now producing my own insulin and although I didn't need injections, I kept monitoring my blood sugar levels.
Within six months the pancreatic regeneration was initiated, I was successful and achieved optimal blood sugar levels without injections.
Through years of intensive training and laser focus on healing, I not only restored my health, but also found my calling: to assist others on their healing journeys.
My desire to help people initially led me to become a certified health coach and a certified regenerative detoxification specialist.
THE DEEPER HEALING: INTEGRATING HYPNOTHERAPY AND SPIRITUAL EXPLORATION
Life's trajectory is never linear. While I successfully worked on healing my physical body, I faced a traumatic incident, triggered by a family dynamic that affected my emotional well-being. Consequently, I needed insulin again.
This episode highlighted the complexity of emotional health and its impact in the overall well-being of any individual. I realized that emotional and mental healing, which can be more complex than physical healing, is necessary to achieve any sustainable healing.
This realization let me to explore the fascinating realms of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, where I dove deeply into emotional healing, trauma processing, and subconscious reprogramming.
LEARNING AND ENLIGHTENMENT
My personal experiences ignited a deep desire within me to discover the secrets of trauma healing, understanding and reprogramming the subconscious mind, and understanding the complex layers of emotions.
In my pursuit, I immersed myself in numerous hypnosis & hypnotherapy courses, concentrating on age regression techniques, parts therapy, inner child healing, and trauma work.
I became certified from one of the most renowned hypnotherapists in the world, and founder of the 5-PATH® System, Cal Banyan, who equipped me with profound insights and skills I've used to help complex cases achieve significant breakthroughs.
But my quest didn't stop there, it took a metaphysical turn that opened the door to spirituality and energy work. Embracing metaphysical hypnosis, I discovered the captivating realm of energy release and soul rescue, inter-life journey, and past-life healing
The concept of life between lives fascinated me. As souls, we consciously choose our appearances, settings, and environments on Earth to fulfill our unique purpose and soul growth.
From this foundation, I delved further into the depths of metaphysics, quantum physics, and all things spiritual. I welcomed energy healing and psychic practice *ALL IN THE LIGHT* into my repertoire, recognizing the potential of these powerful tools to facilitate thorough transformations and spiritual alignment for everyone's highest good.
Even as I pursued my studies in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, my inquisitive nature led me to understand the language of dreams, another language of the subconscious mind. For four years, I diligently typed all the dreams I remembered and dedicated myself to the study of dream interpretation, enabling me to grasp the intense messages embedded during our dream state.
As a 1/3 Projector in Human Design, I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. I naturally immerse myself in any area that sparks my curiosity. After learning about a subject, I practice it first by experimenting on myself, while continuing to increase my knowledge until I am ready to implement it with clients.
I have come a long way, and I'm very proud of myself for experiencing numerous ways to heal. Since it's a path that never ends, as there is always room for growth, I continuously keep adding powerful equipment to my tool kit to assist others in reaching optimal health and wellbeing.

After more than a decade of learning, experimenting, healing, and working with clients, I reached a point where I didn't need more information, I needed integration.
That's when I was guided to the Psychic Energy Healing Certification with Erika Larsen.
And that's when everything clicked.
This experience didn't give me something I was missing; it gave language, structure, and clarity to what I had already been intuitively doing for years. It filled in gaps I didn't even know how to name, and connected dots I had been sensing but couldn't yet articulate.
Through this work, I developed more of my spiritual gifts, my processes became clearer, and my confidence as a practitioner solidified. I could finally see how all the modalities, experiences, and inner knowing I had gathered over the years were never separate, they were always meant to work together.
This was the moment where intuition met precision.
Where trust became mastery.
And where everything truly came together.
