Hypnotherapy can be used to treat anxiety, phobias, substance abuse including tobacco, sexual dysfunction, undesirable spontaneous behaviors, and bad habits. It can be used to help improve sleep, learning disorders, communication, and relationship issues.


EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS PLAY SUCH AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN WEIGHT ISSUES, or any PHYSICAL HEALTH issues for that matter!!

After doing all kinds of fasting and detox protocols myself, it really became clear to me that addressing the emotional body is one of the MOST important parts of healing.

And that’s why I became a hypnotherapist; to release supressed emotions.. (you know, the emotions that you aren’t even aware of!)

  1. And that’s why sometimes emotions can be coming up from nowhere, especially around full moons! (Or when you have your periods!)​
  2. Don’t get me wrong, cleaning the physical body is very very important, but it’s actually a small percentage of it!
  3. Addressing this is MOSTLY important in order to create healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle for long term optimal health..
